Smartphone addiction is becoming a big problem. I find out some signs check if you addicted with smartphone.

- You are very likely and frequently use your phone when you having a meal.

- You spend more time on smartphone chat rather than directly interact with other people

- You use frequently use your phone when you should focus on your homework

- You feel anxiety when you without your phone

- You check your phone in the middle of your sleep.

And here are some tip help you overcome it.

1. Turn off notifications
When people hear the sound from the phone, the message might be not important, but people always attracted by the sound, thinking about if something is really important that they didn't check.

2.Take a deep breath, when you want to check your phone.

3. Delete all the social media apps on your smartphone

4. Mute all the group chats.

5. Set a timeline that you can use your smartphone
